Banarasi Panda...(brahmin) - who perform all the rituals for the devotees and pilgrims as per their need..They  lead their Jajmaan to  a temple , perform pooja's for them, for their services they receive daan & dakhshina from (donation ) from devotees /pilgrims..it could be few rupees to thousands of rupees, cow, house, gold , silver, food grains.. it depends on the status of the family who want to donate.

This Chatari (umbrella under which this old man (brahmin) is sitting , is his ancestral place.. handed over last since thousands of years..to a son of that family..
